Espiritu Santo, it is committed to serve the community, the Church, and the society with preferential option for the poor.

perspective founded on Marian and Ignacian virtues, manifested through a universal competitive spirit for service.
To attain the Quality Policy, St. mary's College of Meycauayan affirms to:
- Access on the open communication policy - flow of communication is an essential trail to test whether policies from
the top management reach the areas/units concern. Successful dissemination of information reflects effective job performance.
Ultimately, the end product of a good performance leads to satisfaction of the school's stakeholders.
- Address the continual development of human resources - direst to build core competencies of capabilities within the
institution to ensure quality performance of personnel and to maintain the highest standars of professionalism and ethics.
